A $250.00 deposit is required in order to confirm your reservation, with full payment due 45 days prior to arrival. Additionally, a fully refundable security deposit of $200 is required, which can either be pre-paid or paid upon your arrival.
Cancellations must be received in writing and may be sent via email or fax. After your deposit is received, cancellation charges will be calculated based on the date of receipt of notification as follows:
We strongly recommend that you protect your travel investment by purchasing cancellation insurance. Out of country health insurance is also necessary to protect you and your family against medical costs which exceed normal government coverage. Please ask us about the travel insurance plan, which best suits your needs.
A minimum stay of 7 nights is required during the peak Easter and Christmas periods. At all other times there is a minimum stay of 3 nights, however, a stay of less than 5 nights will incur a one time cleaning charge of $65.
Available at a charge of $25 per day or $35 per day, with a 3 day minimum. This may be requested in advance or after you arrive. Please note the pool can take 24-48 hours to heat, depending on outside temperature.
Available at $35 per item for the length of your stay.
Available for $2 per day.
Renters can call anywhere in the U.S. and most international countries for only $30 per two week stay.
Florida law determines that details of all guests be registered on or prior to arrival. Clients may be at risk of not gaining access to their home if this is not completed.
Our check-in time is 4:00 pm and check-out time is 11:00 am. You will be given an entry code prior to arrival, so you will be able to go directly to your home.
No refund will be given for early departure.
